1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phsin ("phsin," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phsin.vip and its associated subdomains and mobile-optimised pages (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, making any deposit, placing any bet, or accessing any game or feature on the phsin Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full;

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. phsin reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in the suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

phsin is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification on all registered accounts. You agree to provide a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document when requested. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Acceptable identification documents include but are not limited to: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's licence, SSS ID, and Voter's ID.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. phsin makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal or appropriate in any particular jurisdiction outside the Philippines.

2.4 Registration Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. phsin reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the phsin Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used. Where phsin identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same player, all such accounts will be closed and any balances or bonus credits forfeited without recourse.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. phsin support staff will never ask you for your password. You agree to notify phsin immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. phsin accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. phsin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, and to close dormant accounts after the prescribed notice period. Any remaining balance will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

3.4 Account Currency

All phsin accounts are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phsin does not support multi-currency accounts. All deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements, bonus credits, and balance displays are shown and processed in PHP. No foreign currency conversion is applied on the Platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

phsin accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 for e-wallet methods. phsin reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods with prior notice to players.

4.2 Deposit Processing

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your phsin account in real time, subject to the technical availability of the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within one (1) to three (3) business days. phsin accepts no liability for delays caused by the player's financial institution.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 for verified accounts;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been previously used to make a deposit on your account (the "source of funds" requirement);

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of heightened security review or at the request of relevant authorities.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

phsin is committed to full compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation. phsin reserves the right to delay, withhold, or report any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity. Deposits made to a phsin account must originate from payment methods legally owned and controlled by the registered account holder.

5. Gameplay Rules

5.1 Game Availability

phsin offers a variety of gaming categories including but not limited to: live casino (Vivo Live), online slots, bingo, racing, and sports betting. The availability of specific games or betting markets may vary at any time due to technical maintenance, regulatory requirements, or supplier constraints. phsin reserves the right to remove, modify, or suspend any game at any time without prior notice.

5.2 RNG and Game Fairness

All non-live game outcomes on the phsin Platform are determined by software Random Number Generators ("RNG") that have been independently tested and certified by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcome histories and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed within the game information panels accessible on the Platform. phsin does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.3 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid and final once it has been confirmed by the phsin system and assigned a unique transaction reference number. In the event of a technical malfunction that prevents a game from completing normally, bets affected by the malfunction will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. phsin's decision on the validity of any bet is final.

5.4 Malfunctions

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time window will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived exclusively from it.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. phsin reserves the right to determine eligibility in its sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. 9. Intellectual Property

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform Content;

Any unauthorised use of Platform Content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phsin's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall be limited to the amount of the player's balance held in their phsin account at the time the relevant claim arises.

phsin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform access;
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to account information;
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Errors in game software operated by third-party studios;
• Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, cyberattacks, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit phsin's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion would be unlawful under applicable Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

phsin collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phsin Privacy Policy.

phsin processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and verification, KYC compliance, payment processing, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and customer support. phsin does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your phsin account at any time by contacting phsin support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining verified cash balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last used withdrawal method, subject to standard processing times and KYC completion.

12.2 Termination by phsin

phsin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• phsin has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• A player is found to be under the required age of 21;
• phsin is required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, or directive from a competent authority;

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination for cause, phsin reserves the right to withhold any or all funds in the account pending investigation. Funds that are determined to have been obtained through fraud or prohibited conduct shall be forfeited. These Terms shall survive termination to the extent necessary to give effect to their meaning and purpose.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any disputes arising between you and phsin that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such dispute.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phsin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, phsin will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address registered to the account or by prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the phsin Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 12.1.
