To analyse aggregated and anonymised usage patterns for the purpose of improving the Platform's performance, navigation, game selection, and user experience. This analysis does not involve individually identifiable data in its final form.

4.8 Promotional Communications

Where you have provided opt-in consent, to send you information about phsin promotions, bonuses, and gaming offers via email or SMS. You may withdraw this consent at any time from your account settings or by contacting phsin support.

6.4 Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

6.6 Business Transfers

7. Data Security

8. Data Retention

phsin retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable Philippine law, whichever is longer. The following general retention principles apply:

• Active account data is retained for the duration of your registration on the phsin Platform;
• Financial transaction records (including deposit, withdrawal, and wagering history) are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the transaction date, in accordance with Philippine AML legislation;
• KYC and identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the last transaction, as required by law;

10. Minors & Age Policy

If phsin becomes aware or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, phsin will immediately suspend the relevant account, conduct a review, and take all steps necessary to delete the data in question in accordance with this Policy and applicable law. Any funds associated with an underage account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.

phsin will respond to verified data subject requests within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days with prior notice to you. phsin reserves the right to decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, repetitive, or where fulfilling the request would conflict with phsin's legal obligations.

12. International Data Transfers

phsin's primary data processing infrastructure is operated for the benefit of players in the Philippines. Where phsin engages third-party service providers who are located outside the Philippines — such as cloud infrastructure providers, game studios, or KYC verification services — personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

Where such international transfers occur, phsin ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including:

phsin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, our data processing practices, or the services we offer. Where material changes are made to this Policy, phsin will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via the email address associated with their account or by prominent notice on the Platform.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the phsin Platform following the effective date of any amended Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended Policy, you should cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure process described in the phsin Terms and Conditions.
